Responsibilities

• Safely remove and dispose of old countertops, sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals
• Prepare work areas to prevent damage to surrounding cabinets, flooring, and walls
• Install new sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals in coordination with countertop installation
• Connect and test plumbing to ensure proper functionality and no leaks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each job
• Communicate effectively with customers about the work being done and answer basic questions
• Coordinate with the installation team and office staff to ensure smooth project flow
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience required
• Experience in countertop removal preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and appliances
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic tool knowledge and ability to use standard plumbing and demolition equipment
