Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Check packing lists against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Organize and store incoming materials in the correct locations
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
- Track inventory and report low-stock items to the office
- Safely operate company trucks to deliver products to customer locations
- Load and unload trucks, handling all materials with care
- Remove existing countertops, sinks, and related plumbing when needed
- Reconnect plumbing for sinks, faucets, disposals, and dishwashers when assigned
- Maintain delivery logs and collect necessary customer signatures
- Inspect delivery vehicles regularly and report maintenance needs
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers on site
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in shipping/receiving and/or driving box trucks preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy cabinetry, countertops, and appliances
- Basic plumbing and tool use skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
